My wife and I are being kept apart by Medhat Sheik el Ard of Saudi... Trafficker, pedophile and stalker of my wife. Lived off her for decades now the money is over. She married to me and Brad Pitt and I made the mistake of supporting the media bullshit falsely alleging the two married instead of my wife and Pitt. Dear Ms Coggins,

On the 04/08/2014/ we received a complaint via the IPCC, in which raised concerns which did not appear to relate to a serving member of the Metropolitan Police Service.
It was my role to review the information in that e-mail and consider whether it should be recorded as a complaint or not.
On 21/08/2014 I requested that you provide me with further information. On 09/09/2014 you sent us an e-mail which refers to a serving MPS officer and what you perceive to be his connection to a number of Hollywood stars, namely Brad Pitt, Matt Damon & George Clooney.
Whilst reviewing your complaint it became apparent to me that it did not satisfy the requirements of a complaint that needs to be recorded under the Police Reform Act 2002.
I therefore referred your complaint to the DPS Complaints Support Chief Inspector, who has been delegated by the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police to decide whether we should record your complaint or not.
They have decided that your complaint did not need to be recorded as it was fanciful.
The reason that this decision was made is because you make reference to events as you see them which relate to well known personalities.
Within all of this you mention a serving member of the Metropolitan Police Service. My research shows that you had dealings with this officer in April 2007.
I am also aware that you have made complaints in the past which have either been non-recorded or which have been subject to disapplication.
You have the right of appeal to the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) against my decision not to record this as a formal complaint against the police. The IPCC are the appeal body as they have to consider all appeals when a complaint is not recorded. You have 28 days from the day after the date of this letter to make your appeal.
The 28th day is 10/11/2014. Appeals received after 28 days may not be allowed unless there are exceptional circumstances.
If you do decide to appeal, then please send your appeal to:

I WILL NOW NEVER RETURN TO ENGLAND AS YOU ARE ALL DISTURBED AND PREPARED TO PERVERT JUSTICE FOR 16-YEARS WITHOUT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. YOU ALREADY TRIED TO KILL ME OFF IN THAILAND. I just demanded my wife take me back or I would kill her and she smiled and said "yes." I have arranged for her to move into our home in Paris. What I also have to do is get rid of her lowlifes from the past after me who too have been using me to get to her but failed. She remains married to Brad Pitt in spite of racist Hollywood lies. I LOVE HER & SHE IS MINE!
